Content generated by our AI tools on your behalf (such as social media posts, email sequences, and chatbot responses) is provided for your use in connection with the Services. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before it is published or distributed.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee any specific results from the use of our Services, including but not limited to revenue increases, lead generation, or appointment bookings. AI-generated responses may occasionally contain inaccuracies, and you are responsible for verifying all information before acting on it.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REPDIGI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of the Services exceed the amount you have paid to RepDigi in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RepDigi and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms, your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Our Services may integrate with or contain links to third-party websites, services, or applications, including but not limited to Stripe for payment processing, Google for analytics, and various AI language model providers. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties.
